Our Story
Our founder, Adleigh has spent 10+ years working across the world's most desirable destinations, from the beach towns of Mexico and Costa Rica to the waterfalls & rice terraces of Indonesia and the islands of Thailand, identifying remarkable hospitality assets with exceptional growth potential.
What she discovered was a massive opportunity: a growing global desire for earth conscious travel that feels impactful yet luxurious. She desired a place to call her own that gave back to the community and educated guests on the importance of equitable tourism. She then started connecting owners of these unique exciting opportunities in emerging markets with buyers. Connecting people with their dream lives in beautiful places, helping them escape the matrix, the rat race, and actually live the life they dreamed of all while being able to run a business that benefitted the community. There are many high-performing assets waiting for the right investor.
SIIVANA means "Oasis of Enlightenment," and was created to bridge this gap. We source, vet, and present exceptional boutique hotel and regenerative real estate opportunities to conscious investors worldwide, proving that profit and planet can thrive together.

Adleigh Brisebois founded SIIVANA after years of traveling the globe in search of the world's most remarkable boutique hotels and eco-properties. Her vision was simple: give conscious investors direct access to hospitality assets that protect the places, and people, that make them special.
Today she leads SIIVANA's sourcing and investor relationships, drawing on her firsthand knowledge of emerging markets to bring vetted, high-potential properties to the SIIVANA community.
