SIIVANA was born from a simple observation: the world's most stunning boutique hotels and eco-properties represent one of the most compelling investment opportunities of our time, yet most investors never get access to these deals.
Our founder, Adleigh Brisebois, spent years traveling to the world's most desirable destinations, from the beach towns of Tulum and Nicaragua to the rice terraces of Bali and the islands of Thailand, identifying remarkable hospitality assets with exceptional growth potential.
What she discovered was a massive opportunity: a growing global appetite for eco-luxury travel, combined with undervalued commercial properties in emerging markets. These weren't just beautiful places. They were high-performing assets waiting for the right investor.
SIIVANA, meaning "Oasis of Enlightenment," was created to bridge this gap. We source, vet, and present exceptional boutique hotel and regenerative real estate opportunities to conscious investors worldwide, proving that profit and planet can thrive together.

Today she leads SIIVANA's sourcing and investor relationships, drawing on her firsthand knowledge of emerging markets to bring vetted, high-potential properties to the SIIVANA community.
