Who we are

SIIVANA ("SIIVANA", "we", "us") operates a marketplace for buying and selling international hotel real estate. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us: when you submit the investor form, the "list your opportunity" forms, the contact form, or create an account, we collect details such as your name, email, phone number, property and location details, financials you choose to share, and any documents you upload (e.g. P&L, decks, photos).

Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiries and match investors with listings.

To build, review, and (with your consent) publish property listings.

To operate accounts, secure the site, and prevent abuse.

To send you updates you have asked for. You can opt out at any time.

Service providers we share data with

We use trusted providers to run SIIVANA, and share only what is needed for them to work: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), Netlify (website hosting), and Stripe (payment processing for optional paid promotions). Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store them.

We do not sell your personal information.

Documents and confidentiality

Documents you upload to support a listing (such as a P&L or investor deck) are kept confidential and used only to prepare and market your listing to matched buyers. Access is restricted to you and the SIIVANA team.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms from abuse. We will ask for your consent before using any non-essential cookies. A cookie/consent notice will be provided as these features roll out.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply (for example under GDPR or CCPA).
